The Vertical Avengers did it!

Originally planned for a jump from 10,000 feet (1.8 miles), the skydive went ahead on Saturday 1 st June with a last minute change of plan! Miss Camble and Mrs Chittenden increased their jump altitude to 15,000 feet (2.8 miles) as they literally wanted to go the extra mile for our school. They both said it was a fantastic experience and are now skydiving converts! The instructors were great; so reassuring and professional (thank you Go Skydive). They were supported by families and friends who kept them distracted when their prejump nerves got a bit much! Children, parents and staff have been very supportive of their efforts to help the school raise funds for FOSS and the library project. So far, more than £900 has been raised and they are aiming for £1,000. A massive well done and thank you to Miss Camble and Mrs Chittenden, and to everyone for your support.
