Parental Feedback Form

Dear parents,

As previously discussed in the newsletter I would really value your parental feedback about Summerlea School. After completing this survey, I will be running some drop-in session on the week beginning the 12^th June for you to further expand on any of your answers.

I would like to set the deadline for completion for next Friday the 26^th may.
