School on Monday 23rd March 2020 - Important Correspondence for Key Worker families

Dear Parents / Carers

Thank you for completing the Covid-19 Coronavirus Survey.

We have now finished the task of allocating places to Key Worker families at our school's care provision for next week.

Yesterday, Mrs Strong telephoned any families we are unable to allocate a place to on this occasion and to offer them a place on our waiting list, if required.

If you did not receive a phone call then we are pleased to be able to confirm that your child/ren has/have been allocated a place. We were anticipating needing to phone parents individually but this will not be necessary.

The offer of a place is for each child to attend everyday. At this stage we are unable to offer flexible attendance arrangements.

If for any reason, you do not require the place, please contact the school on Monday to let us know.

If you would like your child to attend After School Care Club, in line with our current policy, then please let the office know.

We look forward to seeing your child/ren on Monday. Please ensure you have read the previously issued letter sent via Parent Mail (see below) which provides details about arrangements.
